The Convention hotel contact information: Hilton Gardens Inn, 150 Suncrest Town center Drive, Morgantown, WV, 26505,(304) 225-9500).
Registration fee: $10 per person for the convention should be paid upon arrival (cash or check). The registration desk will be open Friday evening and all day on Saturday at the hotel.
Each local Young Democrats club will need to re-charter with the WVYD in time for the convention. The official re-chartering packet and membership form can be found at the main website, wvyoungdems.org under Chartering & Membership.
After your club has completed the re-chartering and membership forms, please email or mail it, along with a copy of your constitution, to the address listed on the forms or have a delegate from your club bring it to the convention. Instructions are included with the paperwork; however, please don¿t hesitate to call with any questions.
